Hi, I have pictures of two camera's which are not proparly dealt with by Web Album Generator. I noticed the version is from over a year ago. The error is: I/O error, while generating a webpage. I cant exactly say when WAG gives an I/O error, because sometimes the progress bar gets further then other times. If you want I can upload the photo;s which give me a hard time.

I still experienced beeping error but in a different way.
When I pressed the Space button to snooze, there is no sound and the program entered snooze mode normally.
But after the snooze period, the media started to play with a very low sound (maybe like before it entered snooze mode) and the program is still in snooze mode (I could still see the zzzzzzz!)
After one or two songs with the low sound, it began to beep with the warning "The media is already playing"

I'm aware of this issue, and am working to get it fixed for the third beta release, which should happen some time this weekend. <img src="http://support.ornj.net/my-plugins/bb-smilies/default/icon_smile.gif" title=":)" class="bb_smilies" />

I'm testing the 2.3b2 and experienced a problem:
When the alarm was on (even test mode or real alarm mode), after one song or two, there was a annoying continuous beeping error.
The media was still playing fine but there was an error box in the tray bar
It said something about the media take too long to play
so it kept on beeping along with the music

You'll need to regenerate the album after you've made your updates, but you can re-load your old album first so you won't need to re-add all your old photos or re-type your captions and titles. Simply double-click the ".wag" file in your old generated photo directory, or use the "open" menu item to select it.

Hope this helps!

Hi Mark, thanks for your quick reply.
I chose for "choose another picture" and replaced the same pictures, and when I try to generate the album including the new picture it says: The system cannot find the given file.
While it shows another adres as were the new pictures came from. Is it possible to change this adres somehow?

This message appears when you delete or move the original photos that were used to create your album. Web Album Generator requires all of the original photographs so that new photo size settings can be used, among other things.

To avoid this message, make sure that all your original photos are in the same location as they were when you first created your album. If they were on a CD or USB key, you can simply re-insert the drive and Web Album Generator should find them. If you moved the photos from their original location, you can click the "Find missing photos" button and select the folder where they are now; Once you select that folder, Web Album Generator will update the locations for you.

I hope this helps!

When I open a previous saved album to add photos it says: Warning: some of the original photographs could not be found. All the names of the existing photos start with a [?]mark.
The button 'find the missing photos' doesn't do anything.

Yeah, it plays fine in my media player. At first I thought it might not work because it was a variable bitrate, but i tried many other files(some cbr) and they all gave me the error. I'll give the beta a try and post results.

Edit: Sadly, the beta won't even launch for me. It installs fine but when it launches I get the standard "Citrus Alarm Clock has encountered a problem and needs to close." error. Any ideas?

Does the file play in your media player when you double-click it? If not, there may either be a problem with that specific MP3 file, or a problem with your sound driver.

There's a version of Citrus is beta testing that doesn't use MCI for playing sound anymore. If all else fails, perhaps you could give the beta a try and let me know the results: http://beta.ornj.net/citrus-alarm-clock/
