From what you'd told me, though, you'll very likely need to put your album into the htdocs folder---and once it's uploaded you would likely reach it by going to your site's normal address and appending your album name after it. You should be able to open the site in FrontPage and link to the pages from within the folder that contains your album just like any other page.
