It's possible that the server is overloaded. If you're using shared hosting, this is possible even if your site doesn't seem to get enough traffic to make a server struggle. If there was a temporary traffic surge, then the issue should resolve itself pretty quickly. Instead of a thumbnail, there is a link to it (the thumbnail name) in its place. Once I click to a picture and return to the index, however, everything is fine. I have a fast broadband connection, so it's not that. Has anyone else had this problem - and found a way around it? This program is the simplest, fastest one I've found. It would be near-perfect except for this one small nit. </p>
