I cannot get past the "type a new address...." - error message says folder is not valid. I took the FTP domain address from my FTP program that works flawlessly. The website is: http://www.childrens-journey.com Our webhost is Gate.com They say in their Control Panel that the FTP domain is childrens-journey.com Why won't it accept this?
