Have been using this alarm clock for almost a year, great product. Two feature requests. The first is that one morning my alarm clock didnt wake me because i had accidently moved the folder containing my alarm media to another location. The alarm made no noise at all and caused me to miss an important meeting. The alarm program needs a failsafe feature that will verify the alarm media file exists and if it is missing has a loud default loop (which is packaged with the program) if the media is missing. Second is a quick alarm set feature that will allow me to set temporary "one-off" alarms as quickly as possible. An icon which brings up a wizard where all i have to do is set the time I want to wake up and then be done with it and will delete itself after it goes off. The alarm sound for the temporary alarms could be defined in the program settings and not be part of the creating a temporary alarm wizard.

    Thanks for the feedback!

Citrus actually does have a failsafe "beep" feature, which beeps incessantly if the media hasn't been found or had an error during playback. The only reason I can think that this feature wouldn't have activated is if your Windows sound setting had replaced the default beep sound with something else. Is this the case for you? If not, are you able to reproduce the issue of a missing file still not playing anything?

One-off alarms are a popular feature, and are something that I'm planning. (There'll be a smaller, minor update coming up within the next few weeks, but then I'll likely think of what should be part of a more significant update. )

Thanks for the response. It's good to know that there is a a failsafe alert but I dont know why it didnt go off in my case. Also glad to hear about one-off alarms are in the works, I will definitely make use of that feature.
