The FAQ may be small now, but please take some time to read through the following before posting a new question. Of course, if your question isn't addressed here, feel free make a new post. It may even be added to the FAQ. 
The syntax highlighting isn't how I'd like it
Araneae 5.0 lets you define your own syntax highlighters. Several extensions are featured on the Araneae website itself, too, and are added as they become available.
Araneae is small; Can I run it off a USB drive?
Yes! Although Araneae will create some settings in the Windows registry. A future version may allow file-based settings as well, so running Araneae off a USB key is even more convenient.
Does Araneae run on a Mac?
Well, if Apple's Boot Camp on the new Intel-based Macs counts, then yes. Otherwise, unfortunately, no.
Does Araneae run on Linux?
Anecdotally, people have reported successfully running Araneae on Linux using WINE and Cross-Over Office. As far as I know, there aren't any issues with the emulation.
Will you make Araneae open source?
Not in the forseeable future. I'm currently using some commercial third-party components that make open-sourcing Araneae impossible for the time being.
How can I be notified of updates?
Araneae features a 'Check for Updates' command in the Help menu. Also, you can sign up for the Araneae Announcement List.
Do you have any buttons for my website?
Yes! There are some Araneae buttons in this support topic. Feel free to copy them to your webserver and use them.
