    Installed Avaya Softphone (voice over internet) and it would not work until I disabled citrus alarm clock. No idea why they are not compatible.

    Some installer programs will force you to quit all running programs before the installation can continue. This is a frowned-upon practise and really has nothing to do with compatibility of specific software. I tried installing both just now, and once Avaya Softphone is installed, it looks like can be run alongside Citrus without issues.
