    why cant it locate any media player

    It sounds like your music files aren't associated with a player. Do music files play when you double-click them? If not, open the media player of your choice and see if there's an option to associate file types with it. Once these file types are registered with Windows, Citrus will know which media player to launch.

    iv got windows media player and u shud no this that there is no option to associate file types with it.
    it shud pick up my windows media player automaticaly

    why is it not doing so ??

    I assume you have the "launch external media player" checkbox selected, correct? What happens when you double-click the file that you're trying to play in Citrus?

    If nothing happens, then you can re-set the file associations for Windows Media Player in the control panel under "Set Default Programs".

    "launch external media player" checkbox is blank there is nothing at all there to be selected

    Can you please describe the problem in detail, then? Are you getting any error messages?
