    Hello Mark,

I discovered WAB few weeks ago, and it has now its place in my Absolutely-needed-small-very-usefull-toolbox. X-D
So first : CONGRATULATION and THANK YOU : WAB is simple and yet really effective !
I do not regret my hours searching through the net to found it !
    Simply great !

What've you done is pretty difficult to find nowadays : bug free as far as I am concerned and easy to use (even my girlfriend managed to use it within 5 minutes !!!!). So thanks again you save me hours of teaching basic html and image compression.

The problem is that WAB is to close from perfection...
I only miss one thing : more flexibility for the generated pages, some kind of editables templates so to say.
I looked at the post in the wishlist I saw you where wondering whether or not is a really needed feature.

Fully editing templates are probably not really needed.
But the possibility to customize an header and a footer would be REALLY GREAT.

To be really interesting, the customisation of the header should include the <head> makups of the page.
Let me list you some of the benefits of a customizable header.
      It would make possible :
-> head : to load some scripts there (for a javascript menu for instance),
-> head : to customize the META markups (utf-8 is not always the more convenient)
-> head : to customize le css loaded to use the one from the website
-> body : to add a title different from the head title of the page (with more comments for instance, a little introduction...)
-> body : to add a menu or links to navigate inside the website (not album) as several people requested in this forum

Of course, the header would be different for the index pages and the pictures pages.

The customization of these headers could be done the same way as for the css. With this feature and the existing use of the css, it would easier the process of integretating a generated album inside an existing website. Well it would at least save the post-processing time required today to adjust all that manually.

It might be tricky to use a relative path in the header if it's just a rough include of a text file. But honestly, if the only thing I need to do on a generated album is to change "../../menu.js" to "../../../menu.js", even on 200 files (picture pages) I would be a relief

Ok, sorry for the long post. I did my best with my poor english.
Thanks and keep on the good work.
I'll definitely closely follow the futur releases of WAB.

    Med

ps : the footer is easier and maybe not as important as the header.
But it would be usefull to add navigation links at the bottom of all the pages of the website, or the last modification date....

pps : last though : the ability to rotate a picture would be nice as it would save the pre-processing stuff.
