I don't know if it was the same in the old version, but in this version it enlarges pictures that are smaller than the defined dimensions to fit the photo dimensions set. This can ruin a good photo if the image gets stretched.
Is there any way to only reduce the size of photos larger than the dimensions set by the user and keep the original size of the smaller photos???
I discovered this when an image I'd resized in another program to smaller than 640x480 got enlarged and pixelated.
