Excellent tool!
As mentioned as 6 in http://www.ornj.net/forums/viewtopic.php?t=191, scrolling is needed also with my 1024*768 Laptop screen.
I think this can be fixed if the following were available with WAG:
1) an extra div (plus class) for the thumbnails - this way, a smart css could place them to the left of the main image of the photo_##.html files. I have seen vertical thumbnails with mac's iView from MediaPro and it looks great!
2) Similarly, the remaining small class-"navigation"-div would fit where it is now or could be moved to the right of the main image.
Mark, as you proved to be Mr. CSS, I assume you can do this while being asleep! X-D

Alternatively being able to user define image sizes smaller than 640x480 might be another option.
