It seems like no matter how I set the fade feature, it rushes to 80% of the volume of the alarm within 30 seconds and then begins to slowly fade the final 20% of the volume per the setting. Is there a way to make it gradually get louder for the entire time set in the options?

Posted 3 years agoSome sound card drivers have a volume equalization feature that interferes with Citrus' volume fading feature. (The sound card may try to ensure that all music is at the same volume so nothing is too loud or too quiet, but this isn't a good thing when trying to fade music.)
If your sound card has a control panel or some kind of settings pane, try looking over the options and ensuring that no such feature is enabled.
