   I just downloaded the latest version of WAG to my latest pc which has Windows XP. All my WAG album files were created on a Windows ME pc and are saved on a zip disk. I cannot open any of the photos, WAG freezes when I try. If I try to open the saved album I get the message "Windows - No Disk" Exception Processing Message c0000013 Parameters 75b6bf9c 75b6bf9c 75b6bf9c 75b6bf9c

   The really annoying part - other than not being able to use the program at all - is I cannot clear the error message window off my desktop. Clicking cancel does nothing. Ctrl-Alt-Delete does nothing - the dang thing just won't go away!

   Thanks for the report. I'll certainly look into the problem, but it sounds like it might be a hardware issue. At the very least, I'd like to improve the error message in these situations, as the repeated dialog boxes should not be happening.

   As for getting your files to open on your new machine, check to make sure your original photos are available on the new machine before opening the album. If your images were originally on a card or CD, make sure it is re-inserted.

   I "googled" for the error message and found a few answers suggesting USB or other drive issues, which led me to stick an old floppy disc into the A drive. Even though that wasn't the drive/disk WAG needed to find - oddly enough it was then able to "see" beyond the formerly empty A drive, access the zip drive and open the files on it with no more error messages.
