   Hi Elton,

   Thanks for writing. Unfortunately, PayPal reversed the transaction for reasons not disclosed to me, and the registration had been held. You can confirm this in your PayPal account with the transaction number 6JT49221412056717.

   I sent an email to you on December 10th about the situation; please accept my apologies if it didn't reach you.

   PayPal transactions normally go through very smoothly, but I am looking into other services for those instances where there are bumps and hiccups. I'd really like these transactions to go through as smoothly as possible.

   There was a hick up. When I attempted the transaction from half way around the world from my home they locked my account. I finally got it fixed today. I thought it resolved. I'll verify and resubmit...
   Thanks for your immediate attention to this. I think your alarm clock is great even if I don't use it much.
