    Is there anyway of editing the template in web album so it can add HTML code?
    I want to add paypal buttons to every page.

    Currently, no. Although this is a very popular request!

    In the meantime, though, you can either use a bulk search-and-replace tool to automatically insert your code, or paste the PayPal button into the caption of your photos and enable HTML in the Web Album Generator options.
