I had to replace a computer that had a VERY long list of alarms in Citrus (but I still have access to this computer). As you can imagine, I am not thrilled about having to re-program each and every one. Is there a way to move the group of alarms from one computer to another? They are on a shared network.

Yes! Simply right-click on the Citrus Alarm Clock icon in the task tray, point to "Options" and then choose "Backup alarms" to save your alarms to a file. You can then move the file to another computer (or simply put it on your shared drive), and use the "Restore alarms" feature to load them up again.
