    I have completed the payment and still have not received a license file email. I checked my spam as well as my inbox. Help please.

    Hi Amber,

    It looks like your license was sent out on October 17th to your AOL email address. If you are still unable to find it in your inbox, we can certainly arrange to have it re-sent (or sent to a different email address, if you would prefer that).     Hi! we have already completed the payment and we have the bank confirmation. We haven't received the e-mail to start using the program.
    Please, could you help us as quick as possible, we use it in a school for the students to listening music in the changes of classes and today we can't hear it. It's a bit mess.
