If you've lost your Citrus Alarm Clock license, or haven't received it via email, don't fret! You can get a replacement sent, free of charge, at any time.
Missing Licenses
Most missing licenses are the fault of an aggressive spam filter, but note that they can also take up to a full business day to arrive. If a business day has come and gone, try double-checking your spam folder to make sure it wasn't shuffled there somehow.
If you still can't find it, it's possible that the email account you had registered with PayPal is out of date. Send a quick email to "support" at ornj.net from your new email address, along with your order confirmation number from PayPal, and a replacement license will be sent free of charge!
Lost Licenses
If you lost your license due to a hard drive crash, operating system re-install, or any other reason, you can also get a replacement re-sent free of charge! Just send a message to "support" at ornj.net along with your registration details, such as your full name and the email address you used to register the software.
If you would like the license sent to a different email address than the one you used to register Citrus, please also include your PayPal confirmation number as confirmation of your details.
