    Hello,

    I paid for the Alarm Clock without first downloading the trial or creating an account. I have my receipt number, but how to I register my software?

    Hello,

    Your license key should have been emailed to you shortly after your registration (it can take a few hours sometimes, since it's processed by a real person).

    Check your spam folder just in case it got shuffled in there somehow. If you still can't find it, send me an email along with your full name and receipt number and I'll re-send the license right away.

    I paid for the license about two days ago but still have not recieved the code to activate the product. I checked my spam folder and there is nothing there. Can you help me out?

    Hi Tony,

    Please accept my sincerest apologies for the delay!

    For some reason, PayPal never sent me an email notification of your order. I can see your order directly from the PayPal site, so I'll send your registration key right away. I'll also try to find out what might have happened so it doesn't occur again.
