I just started using Web Album Generator and after a little bit of struggle with understanding have successfully built and uploaded several of them in my Scandinavian Travel section. I earlier had a problem with one picture not showing up and changed the JPG to jpg and everything was all right.
How I have an entire album where the thumbnails are blank. I looked at the source of the file and can't see any reason for this happening. These files are all JPG but that's what is called for in the html. The url is:

Does anyone see what I'm missing? I had an earlier version of the album and just made a new one without titling the pictures so see if it would work. No luck.

Posted 9 years agoSome servers (and FTP clients) like to rename files to all lowercase as you upload them. I suspect this is what is happening.
If you rename your files to have a lower-case "jpg" and re-add them to your album, it should fix the problem. -

Posted 8 years agoI am experiencing the same problem. I see that he fixed the problem he was having. I am creating all the files locally on the server and not uploading. I have downloaded some of the files and tried it remotely on a workstation and it works fine. All files are lower case .jpg including the files that work. No clue why this isn't working and I don't plan on downloading all the files to my workstation and wasting bandwidth.
