Web Album Generator is great software (!) I keep coming back to this site to check for a new version. I know, there is a mailing list. But ever since I got myself on that list, I hoped to be able to praise a new version soon

Do you have any idea yet when you will find the time to finish a new release?

WAG is almost a year old now, and I do have some great ideas for the next release.

I expect to start work on WAG 2.0 within the next month or two. Rest assured, if you're on the mailing list, you'll be the first to know when it's released.

Any updates on the release date on version2? The thumbnails are just a little to blocky for my liking.

Even a small update addressing jpeg compression would be welcomed.

Fantastic program by the way! I was just about to write my own to do almost the same thing. The only thing it's missing is a little customisation, and the ability to generate a list of albums, and link the different albums together

Version 2 is still in its planning stages, but I could release a small update addressing one or two small issues. That is something I should really do more often.
