I think there should be some minimum system requirements posted on Araneae's site. Especially since you are considering eliminating support for Win95.
Just for a pointer, Araneae ran nicely on my Pentium 120MHz with 48 MB RAM, and 1.6 GB HD running on Windows 98SE.
Oh, yeah, http://araneae.com/download.html says to unzip the Language XML files into the araneae dir. Actually, they need to be unzipped into the araneae/languages dir.

Yeah, I should really write some system requirements on the download page.
For the record, Araneae 4.x runs on any Windows 9x/NT/2000/XP system. Araneae 5.x will most likely run on Windows 98/NT/2000/XP (so I can use HTML help and the windows toolbar controls).
As far as processor speed and RAM go, they're the same as the OS. That is, if you can run Windows 98 or higher, you can run Araneae.
The languages zip files are a little inconsistent. Some of them contain subdirectory information and some of them don't. I'll take the blame for this. I'll update the zip files for the Araneae 5 versions.
