    I am unable to upload, I tried using the ftp site and it tells me that I do not have access. If I try doing it the way you describe, but taking out the login annonamously, it just takes me to my folders. I am very confused.

    Uploading instructions differ from web host to web host. If you're having password issues, I'm afraid all I can recommend is to get in touch with your web host's technical support team. Chances are they'll be able to resolve it quickly.
