I used Araneae on Longhorn/Vista Beta several months ago and it worked fine (so did iTunes) and was wondering if anyone tried Araneae on Vista yet. I want to upgrade, but Araneae is one of my essential programs and I won't upgrade unless it's compatible.

Posted 3 years agoHonestly, I'm not sure about Vista compatibility yet. While I certainly hope everything is compatible, I'll have to get a new computer before I can test everything out for sure.
Since my computer is already about five years old, I'll be upgrading very shortly, but until I graduate, expenses are a little tight.

Posted 3 years agoWell, I finally got to play around with a Vista PC today. I did a quick test with Araneae and Web Album Generator, and it looks like both run quite nicely on the new OS.
I won't be able to test them thoroughly on Vista until I graduate, but from my quick tests, I think everything works as expected.

Posted 3 years agoJust bought a new laptop (Vista Home Premium) and Araneae installed beautifully and runs fantastic; I have tested it pretty thoroughly and I don't think I have missed anything. Will add any bugs to Mantis if I find any.
