I received this message from a visitor to our website http://www.freanonherping.be
If this information is right, is there a possibility to make WAG compatible with the newer browsers.I have full respect for the free WAG software and agree if there is need for a financial donation to realise this. Has anyone another proposition?
    Greetings

This was the message I received:
"Hi, I just took a look on ie7 and I can see more on it, but I see it's generated by the web album generator, I suggest you try to do something that is compatible with the main browsers, as IE is now only 46 % of the market (both 6 and 7) (down from 56 % this time last year, and down from 85 % in just over 4 years ! - Internet Explorer will soon be a browser we won't even think of when making a site, so if you're only on that browser, it's bad news for us).
Firefox is 44 % (by itself !), other important browsers are Safari, including myself, and many other people in the herp world, less so Chrome and opera, the problem is on a macintosh, safari and Firefox are the only options, so in theory your site is not there on a mac ! Crazy"

I'm pleased to say that WAG already generates 100% standards-compliant XHTML and CSS, and is compatible with every major browser.

Note, however, that this cannot be guaranteed if the files are edited after they have been generated. If any changes are made to the HTML files generated by WAG, please take care to test those changes in different browsers.

    Hope this helps!
