    Woah! There was some error one time I launched Araneae. I forgot to print screen at the time of the message, but it was something about canvas error not allowed, or something along those lines (I know it sounds wierd) I reinstalled using the same setup application I had downloaded from earlier, and it still didn't work. So I ununstalled, redownloaded asetup.exe from araneae.com, then it seemed to work fine. Any ideas?

    I've had a few reports of a 'canvas does not allow drawing' error. I've never been able to track it down, though. Most people have reported that the error goes away on its own, which just adds more to the mystery.

    Thankfully, Araneae 5 is largely re-written. It seems highly unlikely that this error will be faithfully re-created in the new version.

    Sounds great! Do you know when version 5 will be officially available?

    i think i have had this error too or something similiar..
    i reported it..
    but it was long time ago..

    I know this is a little old but I thought you'd like to know.....

    I have also encountered that error and every time that I have (not very often) my computer was low on resources (because of other large programs I was running). Once I closed a program or two and closed and re-opened Araneae, it would run just fine - no need for re-installation, no big deal
